Flat White Shots

This delicious Australian coffee drink has made waves around the world, and you can even find it at your local coffee shop! Its a simple drink, espresso and steamed milk.  Of course, we decided to take it up a notch and add some boozie goodness!

The base of this shot is good ole’ espresso. What’s better than drinking Red Bull on Race Day?  Red Bull and Espresso!  Yep, let’s get the party started and boost your buzz!

This shot is sure to please.  Not only did we add Vodka, Almond Liqueur and Leopold’s Coffee Liqueur, we topped it off with steamed milk, and shaved chocolate.  YUM!

Flat White Shots

  • Servings: 4
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. espresso
  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Almond Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. Leopold’s Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Dark Chocolate Bar (for garnish)
    Directions
    1. In a mixing glass combine espresso, vodka, almond liqueur and coffee liqueur.  Mix well, and pour into shot glasses.
    2. Top with a dollop of steamed milk and shaved chocolate.  We use a lemon zester to shave the chocolate.Cheers to a great race!
